Deutschlandticket as a semester ticket
Students enrolled at Chemnitz University of Technology (TUC) receive access to the Deutschlandticket as a semester ticket via their semester fee. This allows them to travel nationwide in 2nd class on local public transport during the summer and winter semesters. The contribution for the Deutschlandticket semester ticket is always 60 percent of the contribution for the regular Deutschlandticket. The same conditions apply as for the Deutschlandticket.

Purchase
- CVAG is responsible for providing the Deutschlandticket semester ticket for all TUC students. Tickets are applied for and issued electronically via the RIDEcampus app.
