Lost property

All items found on our buses and trams are forwarded to the central lost property office of Chemnitz from Monday to Friday (on weekends and public holidays on the following working day).

Passenger advisory council

The passenger advisory council is an independent association of active and interested users of local public transport in Chemnitz.

The passenger advisory board of Chemnitzer Verkehrs-AG was founded on 3 March 1999. The voluntary body is made up of 16 members aged between 14 and 80. The passenger advisory board therefore represents a wide variety of target groups and brings a wealth of experience to the table. Topics such as order and cleanliness as well as passenger information are regularly discussed together with the CVAG departments responsible.
